Strategic Communications
Mitzpe provides communications consulting to Israeli political, governmental, NGO, and corporate clients. The work is translating Israeli messaging into English-language register for Western audiences — media preparation, press framing, vocabulary discipline, and strategic positioning for clients whose primary communications operate in Hebrew and need to land in the Atlantic, the Times, Congressional hearings, or donor rooms in New York and London. The institute also conducts original polling and field research on commission — work that serves client strategy and, where appropriate, feeds into Mitzpe's published analytical record in Dossiers and Vantage.
Engagements are confidential and selective. The practice is maintained as a separate service line from the institute's editorial publications.

Institutional Intelligence
Mitzpe provides contracted intelligence retainers for corporate risk teams, family offices, institutional investors, and strategy teams with material exposure to Israeli security and Middle East developments. The retainer is a direct analytical relationship with the institute's principals — not a publication subscription, not a quarterly newsletter, not a research portal. It is built around the client's sector and calibrated to the decisions the client is actually facing.
Retainer engagements include a quarterly strategic brief filtered through the client's sector, a monthly working call with the principals, on-call advisory access for emerging situations, and multi-seat Member access to Mitzpe's full analytical stack for the client's team. Current coverage spans energy, financial services, defense and aerospace, insurance and reinsurance, and logistics and shipping.

Diaspora Security Practice
Mitzpe's Diaspora Security Practice serves federation executives, synagogue security committees, JCC leadership, and the directors of Jewish organizational security across North America and Western Europe. The practice produces Perimeter, our quarterly brief on the diaspora threat environment, and provides operational support — virtual briefings, on-call advisory time, OSINT screening, vendor vetting, incident consultation, and board-level briefing preparation. It is anchored by Mordecai (Modi) Zehavi, Mitzpe's Director of Operations, who works with fusion centers, law enforcement, and security directors across Jewish organizational infrastructure.
Engagements are contracted relationships, not subscriptions. Perimeter is distributed only to contracted clients. Pricing, scope, and intake live on the practice page.
NPO Operational Advisory
Mitzpe provides operational and tactical advisory for Jewish and Israel-supporting nonprofits — governance questions, programming, events, crisis response, board dynamics, fundraising basics, and community-advocacy strategy. The practice serves Jewish federations, synagogues, and JCCs, and the Christian and multi-faith organizations whose work materially supports Israel and Jewish communities.
